Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Voltrachat you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Voltrachat provides tools to connect your own social accounts and automate comments, messages and content. Features depend on your plan and on the permissions you grant.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to connect the accounts you add.
4. Acceptable use & platform compliance
- You will comply with the rules of every platform you connect (including Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies).
- No spam, no cold or unsolicited outreach, no messaging outside permitted windows, no promotional content where prohibited.
- You are responsible for the content you send and the consent of the people you message.
- You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
We may suspend accounts that put platform access or other users at risk.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; changes apply immediately and are prorated. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
6. Intellectual property
We own the software and brand; you own your content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach. On termination we delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means acceptance. Governing law and venue will be specified in the binding version.
